Murray has been my PT for the past 2 years and its the best decision I’ve made. He has transformed my approach to fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing and I couldn’t be happier with my results in my overall strength and fitness levels. His sessions are challenging with a mix of cardio and strength but also varied and fun. I always finish with a great sense of achievement looking forward to the next one.
